Talent Identification

Find proven capability in connected training data.

Amidon helps training organizations connect the programs where people perform—simulations, competitions, instrumented events and training courses—to one persistent profile for each participant. Evaluators can then search for demonstrated capability and go straight to the evidence behind it.

01Discover

Find demonstrated capability across connected programs, not just within one.

02Evaluate

Keep every result tied to the participant, the program and the supporting evidence.

03Develop

Follow performance from recruitment through training and into service.

Why it matters

One record for the full arc of demonstrated performance.

Most training organizations already generate the data they need to find their best people. It is spread across simulators, scored courses, competitions and spreadsheets, each with its own format and none connected to the others. An evaluator who wants to know who has actually performed has to rebuild that picture by hand.

Talent identification connects those sources to a single profile per participant. Each program keeps its own rules and metrics; the profile carries the history forward as the person moves from one program to the next. Amidon builds the facilities where much of that training happens—this service extends that work to the record of what people do there.

How it connects

From source program to a searchable record of capability.

01

Program library

Each connected program keeps its own rules, metrics, events and supporting information inside one central library.

02

Participant profiles

One persistent profile connects a participant’s demonstrated performance across programs and over time.

03

Connected results

Results generated by a source program stay associated with that program, that event and that participant.

04

Performance observation

Where video or livestream exists, it stays linked to the results it documents—from the footage to the data, and from the data back to the footage.

05

Search & management

Authorized evaluators search, save, organize, compare and track people as their records grow.

06

Controlled access

Who can see which records is defined up front by the program sponsor, as part of the program design.

Applications

An expandable foundation for recruitment, training and development.

Specialized programs can be added over time without losing the shared context an evaluator needs to understand a person’s performance across all of them.

USE—01

Expandable program library

Add custom training programs to one searchable system as the requirement grows. Each keeps the metrics that matter to its own activity.

  • Program-specific rules and scoring
  • New programs added without rework
  • One shared record of performance
USE—02

Civilian-to-service pipeline

Designed to connect civilian talent discovery with military training and career development, so a recruit’s demonstrated history does not start over at enlistment.

  • Relevant civilian records, with authorization
  • Continuity into training programs
  • A history that follows the person
USE—03

Interlinked performance record

Evaluators move between profiles, results and available video without reassembling the picture from disconnected systems.

  • Profile, result and evidence in one place
  • Comparison across programs
  • Records that grow with each event

Search and evidence

Move from a search result to the evidence behind it.

Authorized users identify people using the qualifications, participation, rankings and results held in connected records. Every result leads back to the individual and to the performance that produced it, so a shortlist can be checked rather than taken on trust.

01

QualificationsCredentials and completions recorded by connected programs.

02

Program participationWhich programs a person has taken part in, and how often.

03

RankingsStanding within a program, as that program defines it.

04

Competition resultsOutcomes from organized events and head-to-head competition.

05

Training resultsScores and measured performance from training courses and assessments.

Define the requirement

Build a connected talent program—not another disconnected database.

Amidon starts with the people, programs, performance sources, permissions and evaluation goals that shape the mission, then develops a program concept for review. Connections to individual simulation and competition platforms are scoped program by program.

01

Programs and data sourcesWhich programs participate, and what each one records.

02

Roles and authorizationWho evaluates, who is evaluated, and who may see what.

03

Qualifications and criteriaThe capability being sought and how it will be judged.

04

Evidence, reporting and retentionWhat must be kept, for how long, and in what form.

05

Phasing and expansionWhere the program starts and how it grows.

Start with the performance objective

Tell us what capability you need to discover, evaluate and develop.

Share the programs you run, the people you need to find and the decisions the data should support. Amidon will turn the requirement into a practical program concept for review.
