ABC has been tested at Aberdeen Proving Ground and rated superior to the Army Corps of Engineers' own SACON (Shock Absorbing Concrete) standard, with independent testing from NTS-Chesapeake Testing, GHD, and BlueLine Consulting backing it up. It carries a UL 752 Level 10+ ballistic rating.
